Hatha Yoga

Hatha is the core form of yoga. All styles of yoga are derived from hatha yoga. It is the most scientifically proven style of yoga. Hatha yoga majorly deals with the physical body, It helps the body to be fit and enhances its strength in all the necessary instruments to keep the body in its natural state.

A yoga enthusiast from the age of 13, had always dreamt learning yoga and spreading its benefits as a teacher. He does not remember a day when he did not practiced yoga.

He started his yoga practices from a very early age and decided to take Hatha Yoga as a path for his yogic journey. Traveled across India to quench his thirst of mastering yoga, Shubham has gained knowledge in traditional as well as modern spiritual practices. Anca has been in Dubai for 18 years, and it is here where she found her future. Happily married, mother of one, caretaker of two dogs and three cats, she now dedicates her life to teaching yoga. One of her greatest joys in the day is spending time with students and those in need of therapeutic yoga.

Anca has completed her 500-hour RYT and is a student of Hatha yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Based on the students in her class, and especially so for her private students, she will tailor the class through a mixture of techniques from the different schools of yoga. These adjustments make the classes unique to each student, safe and allow anyone to learn yoga, from young to old, whether it is your first time at yoga or whether you practised before.

It is her wish to keep yoga accessible to everyone, or as she likes to say “every body”.?

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga is a meticulous approach to yoga that tracks a particular progression of postures as each style links every movement to breathe. The only difference is that Ashtanga always performs the exact same poses in the exact same order. This is a hot, sweaty, physically demanding practice. There are six established and active pose sequences focussing on the primary series, which is to be mastered before moving on. The series is made up of a set of postures, which follow on from each other in the same order every time. It is a moving meditation and the goal is that every breath taken becomes a conscious one.
